  We spent only three nights at this wonderful resort. The room we had had the best view with our balcony looking right at the big surf spots. The rooms were very nice and I loved the outside bathroom and used the big bath tub which was relaxing. The food at the resort was top class and the best on the island by far. The staff were lovely, rooms were luxury, the choice for breakfast was excellent. My favourite thing about the the hotel was definitely the swim-up bar!

  Absolutely wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. Very pretty place. Good food. Reliable internet. Though some reviews said the location was too far from the beach, I found it very nice. First of all, I have bad experience with the Boat service at Sanur, when me and my friend want to buy boat tickets to depart from Sanur beach to Lembongan Island, unfortunately the boat service company wasn’t nice with us, they sai... what people say » d there’s no boat because of the Kuningan day, BUT when there’s a foreigner tourist come, the boat’s staff asked them to wait! *what the.. h*ck?!! It’ - We left the hustle and bussle of Sanur and southern Bali with all the crazy traffic and chaos and travelled the 30 mins in the fast boat out to Lembongan island. How glad we were we did.. This place is a real Balinese experience - the tiny island, riddled with little lanes and track perfect for mopeds only has mopeds on the island and everyone is on them gliding about. We got an upgrade twice, one time to make up for renovation work works that had started close to us. We appreciated it a lot!   Lotus Garden Huts was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a couple of days free of stress. The staff was extremely friendly and they did a great job to make us feel welcome. The huts were quite small as expected but very cosy and equipped with air-con and mosquito net. The bathroom (down the stairs under the open air) had a shower (which didn't ... what people say » get all that warm, but with the temperatures this was just perfect) with shampoo and soap provided. The pool was always clean and a perfect place to c - Staff were very friendly. Wayan and Made (owners) were helpful and gave food advice on where to go, contacts and prices. Traditional huts were clean and beds are comfortable. A/C works well. Pool is clean. Breakfast and lunch are decent. Dinner not available when we were there. Other warungs are within 100 metres. Resort is sangut bagus.

  This was definitely the most friendly, personal, relaxing and fun place we stayed at throughout our 9-months-trip. Putu and Nyoman are very helpful and do everything for their guests satisfaction. We really felt like being in a luxurious version of our home, but with service. Beautiful and lovingly decorated bungalows. And a nice garden. And a po... what people say » ol. And a scooter. And homemade delicious food at their restaurant. And lovely kids. And nice fishing-trips (or diving, or snorkeling...) And Massage. - Rigils is really good value for money, rooms are beautiful, close to Mushroom bay and we would consider the fish for dinner a gourmet dish! This is a local family business (including the owner's 3 kids) with 4 bungalows at the moment and how tourism should be done...slowly growing with heart and soul. Wifi is getting set up now and to get around the island just rent a scooter from them for 80k IDR/day which already includes all fuel. We would definitely stay there again to see how it developed.

  Loved the view, the spacious villas, the intimacy of a small resort, the cleanliness of the villas, the food - not extensive menu - but consistently good, and did I say the view? :-) - Balcony overlooking the pristine bay, tranquil surroundings, lovely staff absolute paradise, beautiful villa and communal pool is awesome, lovely food!!

  As me and my friends would say, Lembongan is heaven, and we would definitely come back to Alum Nusa and recommend it to our friends! You can pay more for a 5 star hotel but it wouldn’t get better. The restaurant is reasonably priced, breakfast is free if you live there, we booked the huts with air-con and the staff would help lower the mosquito ne... what people say » t in the eveniing so we can come back and enjoy a bug free room! The girls who works at the spa know what they’re doing and everyone is super friendly - I really enjoyed our 10 nights at Alam Nusa, not only is the room cosy and romantic, there is also a sun deck attached to the front on hut to relax and enjoy the surrounding garden. Alam Nusa family/Staff treat you as part of their family and this made our experience a 10/10 because we have soo many fond memories to take away from our trip. The beach is 2 min walk, great location. Very convenient to have a spa there also. We dined at Alam Nusa most days because we enjoyed the food here most
