Everything! We did not want to leave....
From the moment we arrived Janu the Villa Manager was excellent! Actually before that, as soon as we got off the boat from Bali a staff member was there waiting for us and helped get our bags to the truck and then to the villa.
Janu was super friendly and made us feel so welcome, along with the other staff.

* a cell phone with all restaurant numbers and numbers so you call call the staff if there are any problems or question -
+ Wonderfully plush apartment with spectacular views across the bay and Blue Corner all the way to Mount Agung on the mainland
+ Hotel manager and his staff were very helpful and informative
+ Attention to detail, e.g. very well stocked minibar, mobile phone at our disposal with useful numbers such as restaurants pre programmed in for us, a very useful information file, magazines and DVDs in the apartment for us to use. A home from home.

We spent only three nights at this wonderful resort. The room we had had the best view with our balcony looking right at the big surf spots. I really enjoyed our 10 nights at Alam Nusa, not only is the room cosy and romantic, there is also a sun deck attached to the front on hut to relax and enjoy the surrounding garden.
Alam Nusa family/Staff treat you as part of their family and this made our experience a 10/10 because we have soo many fond memories to take away from our trip.
The beach is 2 min walk, great location.
Very convenient to have a spa there also.
We dined at Alam Nusa most days because we enjoyed the food here most

This was definitely the most friendly, personal, relaxing and fun place we stayed at throughout our 9-months-trip. Putu and Nyoman are very helpful and do everything for their guests satisfaction. We really felt like being in a luxurious version of our home, but with service.

Rigils is really good value for money, rooms are beautiful, close to
Mushroom bay and we would consider the fish for dinner a gourmet dish!
This is a local family business (including the owner's 3 kids) with
4 bungalows at the moment and how tourism should be done...slowly
growing with heart and soul. Wifi is getting set up now and to get
around the island just rent a scooter from them for 80k IDR/day
which already includes all fuel. We would definitely stay there again to
see how it developed.

On arrival staff were very friendly, Wayan was very welcoming and offered complimentary juices.
The rooms are all new and have lots of natural light coming in and the beds were comfy. There is aircon in the room and an outside shower which is great.

First when we came, i was thinking that we were in the far from everything. But actually, wayan the manager explained the complated information about the access and all about lembongan island. We can arrange everything from the hotel.
Even i couldn't drive the motorbike, they honestly escorted us whenever we want to go with free cost. If you want to drive, they also provide to rent the motorbike. It's only usd 6 perday....
