The authentic style of the buildings, the courtyard with the beautiful trees and plants and the pool. Also the frienly service of the staff and their goodwill. We got an upgrade twice, one time to make up for renovation work works that had started close to us. We appreciated it a lot! Alex the key contact person there was very helpful and perfectly arranged our transport. We definitely got value for money also without the upgrades. Location is top, well located in the village and right on the b.

They also organised transport & whatever we were doing, they were happy to help out. The staff with Alex is the kindest what I've ever met. The place is amazing with the blue ocean by bungalow no 7. Foods are perfect and delicious and the rooms are so comfortable with the balinese style. Lovely!. Alex the owner/manager is friendly and communicative prior to arrival which is reassuring as I have experienced 3 unknown reservations through letsbookhotel.com. A nice spot to stay by the water. Staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms are constructed in an authentic Indonesian style which appealed to us. Located right on the beach with easy access to the main town. Alex and staff at no.7 were always helpful, food at restaurant was decent and great value. Atmosphere is very relaxed and rooms are nice. We had a great time here. It is not that we didn't like it, in fact it was a nice light breakfast for us, but some variety in it won't hurt. We loved the fresh fruit juice every day. Some times the hot shower was unreliable but just let staff now. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom are acceptable but can be improved. Other than that all is fine. Sometimes there are problems with the main services: the wifi connection and hot shower services are not perfect everyday. Some renovations ongoing. Breakfast the same every day and very basic. Construction but it means that they are improving so didn't mind too much. Perhaps the breakfast option could be improved with more options. For example, I don't eat egg so was only able to have plain toast. Perhaps a noodle dish or migoreng as well?. It was a little bit warm in a room cos there was only a fan. Room seemed dirty in some corners. Uncomfortable bed! Way too firm. we went diving and would have been nice to use a real shower after service in restaurant was very slow--I think they need more cooks. I felt the locals weren't keen on the tourists. Fair enough though. I fear the lack of infrastructure and build up of rubbish is not sustainable :(.
