all reviews » The location is this hotel is best for traveller who wants to explore Kuta area. The hotel is just beside brand-new place, Beach walk shopping mall and easy to access to Jl.Poppis, Jl. Legian. Kuta beach is also very close. You can see sun-set at the pool. The pool is small but beautiful. The facilities were modern, clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were positioned in a room facing a pub that was noisy of a night and they moved us the moment they knew we were unhappy. Positioned right in the heart of Kuta so great for shopping and nightlife. we stayed for 2nights with family and elderly. great location because next to beachwalk. big room and bathroom. nice view from the balcony.we also enjoy our time at The Feast. Perfect. Massage parlour..was divine! Although not sure why we got charge more than the price list showed?! Customer service was fantastic.. Every time. This is our 2nd stay. Enjoyed the whole experience. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and charming. Highly recommended!. Location is excellent. Service is good and sincere. Gym has free fruits! I think management should negotitate with this pub or club so it doesnt continue to affect stayers. traffic. Wasn't anything to not not like!. none. Foul smell in the toilet. (open sewer smell). Room service trays lay a whole in day in front of the room to be removed very late in the afternoon. My room 4038 did have only a partial view of the ocean. Not as advertised. Some parts seem still under renovation as we can smell paint in our room. Pool was small for such a large hotel Building work/finish poor, cracks and water stains and poor finish visible - not what you would expect from a 5* hotel. We can't remember actually. The drainage at the bathroom is not working well. Whenever I am taking shower, it has the funny smells. Lack of directions along corridors: rooms, pool, hotel facilities. The staff are the worst I have ever come across. They were extremely rude. My wife is balinese she was treated extreme bad questioned why she was coming into hotel searched her bags made her cry .there is no access to car park . I travel every month will never stay in a Sheraton again. I did book and pay for a friend of mine she also found the staff rude and as she put it unreasonable. Do not recommend anyone how wants to enjoy there selves to enter this hotel. Would not recommend for relaxation. Quality of staff service and food at the Italian restaurant not inspiring. Direct Excess by foot to hotel from main road is not visible enough. 1. The design of allocating two rooms together was very noisy. We could hear our neighbor slamming the door and talking outside the room in the middle of the night. 2. We tried to call the service quickline several times for extra towels but no one answered the phone. Pillows were so hard and thick that my wife and I both had a neck ache upon waking each morning. Poorly built looks old but is brand new hotel No sea view from all rooms as advertised Foul smelling water coming from shower Room has musty odour. Room too noisy.
