Located at Poppies street 2 near to the kuta beach, along the way walking in from the beach are one whole stretch of small shop selling cheap clothings, souvenirs and beach wear, just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Room is clean and feel welcoming during check in with air cond switched on in the room. It's 5 minute walk to the famous Kuta Beach, very convenient & just behind the new mall called Kuta Beachwalk, only 2 minute walk to the mall & even u can go to the beach through the mall....
all reviews » The place was great. Awesome stay. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Good place to relax and it is like walking distance to Kuta Beach and lotsa club nearby. So youngster come and party!!. The hotel are so confertable. We enjoyed staying there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. It was very near tu the shop and beach.The price is so reasonable. Great rooms, comfortable, clean, modern & nicely furnished,. Great shower. Fluffy white towels, beautiful bed sheets, cosy quilt, comfy down pillows, Great value for money.. location was fantastic, bed and pillows super comfy, pool was awesome and the big tvs where awesome, i will be staying next month again. Not many local food around, mostly western food. none so far. The air condition is leaking. Water keep leaking and some of my cloths got wet due to it. Did ask for management to service but after that it leak again. The food is way too salty and the menu/ food varieties is kinda boring. They are not provide halal food. Reception Staff noisy at night, voices echoing through complex. Noise at night coming from lane at rear. Breakfast was disappointing, not enough choice and food was not the best!. ask for a room with a bath/shower as the ones with just a shower flood absolutley everywhere is was a pain every day(this was room 223). my sister in room 221 had a leak above the toilet and both rooms had leaking aircon. i wouldnt recommend booking any tours etc through the guys at the hotel, over priced and they're soo nice to you until you book and then pretend they don't even see you lol. can definatly find cheaper around as well. The choice of breakfast was not much. Food at depalm is nothing fantastic but definitely eatable. i put "please make up room" at outside my door.but everytime i back from work my room still same.maybe because the wind make the note falling into front my door. Roof terrace was dead, maybe because of a renovation that is now happening in that area. Toilet kept running. the door of bathroom. None. There is no toiletries provided and the toilet is poorly maintained. The soap dispenser is not well secured and dropped off. The stopper at bath tub does not function properly. bed was stained, with unwashed marks everywhere, looked like it was dirty, but accordingly to a smell it was washed i suppose. curtain in shower was nasty and dirty, didn't even touch it, all facilities in bathroom were cranky, and there was an awful smell from toilet every morning and evening. No lift to go upstair. 1. Menu breakfast monoton sama tiap pagi. 2. tdk ada lift. ( kebetulan kami di lt 3 ). The room is too simple.... not properly maintained. Cleaness. The bath room was very smells bad. Hotel was so dirty! There was a centipede crawling on my husband's neck while we were sleeping! No shower amenities. This is really a budget hotel!. There is no lift in the hotel, the room was poor, the floor and the bed sheet is dirty, the toilet is also stinky. So many mosquitos in the room. Previously, we stay in other hotel with the same price but very much different quality and service compare to dekuta. Overall wouldnt stay here again.
