Me and my friends checked in late night and was still welcomed with smiles and kind welcoming feel from the night shift men and welcomed with a complimentary cranberry drink as well. Then we were upgraded for free to the 3rd level lanai deluxe double room, that was a great worthy surprise after our long night. The location of the resort is perfect, it's in the centre of many great places. Walking distance from waterbom park, discovery mall, dream water mall, in the centre of many markets arou.

Pool side Staff member Anom has fantastic English, seemed to get on with all of the guests. Beautiful gardens, great room supplies - don't bother taking your razor or toothbrush. Room service from Rosso Vivo restaurant was amazing and very cheap considering it was delivered hot to your door within 10minutes. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The tv and DVD p. Extremely friendly staff and the excellent entrance and lobby was a good start followed by a surprise to find such greenery amidst the hustle and bustle Kuta. Not to forget the fragrance frangipani 'necklace' which was a nice touch. The room was spotless clean, comfortable and well designed. The mini pillow and broom for 'do not disturb' and 'please clean-up room' instead of cards were the most creative ones I've ever seen. The koi pond with big colourful koi fish was lovely I wish I could have. The Staff was courteous, very warm, very Friendly ..... My Room was upgraded to Lanai Deluxe room without any extra charge..... The location was superb ..... Resort gives you a typical Balinese Feel..... I must suggest it to all travelers travelling to Bali ....and who want to have enjoy city life.....Music at HRC-Bali, Shopping, Surfing at Beach and good food....Although the beach is quite rough one ...good for surfing.......And above all Kuta Seaview indeed one of the best if you are staying. This is 1st time to stay in Bali, the Kuta view is located in central, its easy to move around, we stayed in 3 Chalet with family and the rooms were excellent accept one of the chalet toilet was not flashing, and the Ac was not cooling, but they came to repaire. the breakfast was fantastic, but one think i didnt like is the mix pork on Omlette if you didn't ask you will end up eating pork, i suggest the hotel should put advise their staff to tell everyone before they serve that there is pork. Very nice hotel, close to the beach and the city center. Although next to a busy road, it is very silent at the pool, the restaurant or the rooms. The rooms are decorated lovely and the staff is nice and gentle. The food in the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) was very good, although it is a bit pricy for dinner as there are many good and cheap alternatives nearby. Apart from the two minor downsides (A/C & shower) this is a great hotel. The resort was right in front of Kuta beach, right where the waves were breaking. Such a wonderful location for surfers and for those who want to learn how to surf. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and a wonderful 15 minute massage. The resort provided a quiet retreat from the busy happenings in and around Kuta. We were steps away from bars, restaurants and the main road but the resort and our room was very peaceful. Everything was perfect on our 4 night getaway! We stayed in the garden apartments which were spacious & comfortable! The pool and cocktails were great, buffet breakfast was good with variety, dinner at the restaurant was the best Italian I have ever eaten! Hotel has a green and quiet environment and staff are very helpful. Considering its price, I think this is one of the best valued hotel I have ever been to. Although it is no match to larger names resort in terms of size and facilitate, its location added back more than enough to the overall experience of stay. It is close to kuta beach and shoping area, saving you much time for transportation. I liked that it was very lush with lots of plants which attracted small mammals and birds. Our only real gripe with the accom was transfer to the airport was too late, we made our flight but I would recommend booking an early transfer to the airport. It was the wort traffic we had ever seen in our lives!. The A/C outside the room is noisy and a bit disturbing during the night. Also the shower could need some refurbishment. Our sink was clogged for a while... The floor mat needs to be repaired/replaced. No free wi-fi. Nothing!. Room is a bit small. Since the public beach is not so public that it is actually behind a wall along the main street, there's no sea view from any place of the hotel... Towel looks abit dirty. Room was a bit small and can hear nearby noises easily. On one afternoon, the resort sprayed for mosquitoes and we didn't know what was happening as it was very loud, we couldn't see a thing and the smell was incredibly potent. Our swimmers were outside and smelt terrible afterwards. A letter explaining this procedure and to move anything off the outdoor area would have been ideal. However, this is my only criticism. Happy hour cocktails were close to twice the price as places (even other resorts) down the road. nothing. We didn't stay here long enough. No free wifi where most of the hotels/villas in Bali offered that. There was some renovations on the first day we booked in, but fortunately did not affect the rest of our stay. There is nothing you could not like about this hotel. Seaview room was very hot and small;. Loved everything. Bathroom was a bit dingy, but kind of to be expected in a bali hotel. The price of drinks and food in the hotel were expensive. The service charge and tax charge. It would be more open and transparent and add the tax to the actual cost. Sea view is a bit of a technical term, the beach wall and palm trees block most of it. pool a bit small. area was surprisingly quiet / even dead later in the evening. Nothing!. As the hotel is located at a very busy part of Kuta Beach, the noise from the traffic when you are at the bar takes a bit of getting use to. However, this noise cannot be heard from the rooms. Wifi was unstable in the rooms most of the time but ok in the restaurant area. Room was a bit dark for times when you wanted to write. Couch was very worn. Nothing. Hotel service was excellent but I was able to get much help when I got sick. Well nothing!. There was not enough shade pool side which caused the pool to be to warm and it wasn't a redressing swim, the prices at the bar were too expensive nearly 50000rp for a Bintang and 90000 for a cocktail. We spent most of our time in other cheaper bars. Other than that the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Some of the facilities in the room were not properly maintained. For example, the air-conditioning was quite noisy sometimes and the lock of the balcony door could not function properly. Swimming pool was a couple of degrees too warm. Have nothing to add to this column. All good. would have liked an extra mirror in the bedroom and some drawers. 1) Housekeeping runner is abit slow in sending items.
