Friendliness of staff, prompt attendance.Clean,tidy excellent food, good for whole group,catered for as we are mature adults with grown up family and grandchild, everyone was catered for in relaxation, activities, food,accomodation, we all had an excellent time and some will be returning in september for a further holiday with the harris =]. everything is excellent! location (shopping,beach,airport) hotel is really luxury than i expected! it's clean, good air-con, food is quite good($7), staff is really kind! these awesome quality was just about $16 per night, close to airport (less than 50,000rpa by taxi).

We weren't happy there was no pork bacon on the breakfast menu. You offered chicken and beef bacon but not pork and we would not be staying there because of this. We felt the shuttle bus could have left at a later time say 7pm. Could hear people in next room when talking and some times they were still talking laughing at 2 o'clock in the morning. Sometimes requests are not met on time. I tried to unsucessfully to make an early payment, before arrival, and could not. On another occasion, I requested the room to be made while I was out, and returned to the room as I had left, hours before. These are only minor complaints. room cleaning. needs to have supervisory level check in randomly, weekly. beer price a little too high no one stayed in drinking. My room was very near to the hosekeeping departments workplace and it was noisy since very early morning but managed to get a room changed the next day and all was well. According my room reservation was non smooking room, but they allocated me in smooking room.. that's bad. The facilities in the room is not really good compare with the price. Hotel is a little old. But worth the price. All great. Nothing. Nothing. The aircon in our room was not too efficient, no swim up bar. The bed room was so unexpected. I thought was kingsize bed but i got twin bed room. Over all everything so amazing. Maybe the price, just give little bit lower price. The building and decoration seem tired, need refreshment.. A lot of grass or plant in the child pool. the fitness facility is poor. My bed preference is not available when I was check in. No shortcut way to poppies lane 2 after 12mn. Nothing. First day I found my got mosquito and the blanket make us itchy. The mosquitos in the room eben though they have fogging day twice a week. The worst part is the water in the toilet is salty!! Since I have a sensitive and dry skin.. it totally gave me rashes to bathing, washing face and brushing teeth with salty water. Not right on the beach. Bathroom clean but smelly, needs to be renovated. Noisy people in the hallway at night. Fresh drinks too expensive. It is not that we didn't like it however to improve your business. They could up sell food & beverages around the pool more, If we wanted a drink we had to chase the staff up. Unlike in the other hotel in Bali, In room wireless internet too slow and far slow than the 3G network on the cell phone. The shower not movable, more preferably hand shower, easy to use for children and female needs. Worse cubicle, can't flush properly and the bathroom is quite uncomfy. Room / Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Price Cleanliness Overlooking parking. Bathroom needs upgrading. Use of color orange is so tired. Limited control on air conditioning. Too few plugs to plug in charging devices. noise in corridor late at night from people running around. Overall room looks dirty and old. Lights are dim. The reality was so very much different from the picts. The hotel was kind old, and not good maintain. The bathroom was even worse. The air cond leaked, and though they have tried to fix it, nothing change, still leaked. Staying for 2 nights, was a bad experience for us.
