The best choise i could have made!!Awesome interior with super furniture,best view,in a convinient location,20m from U bahn and tram,500m from the Freidrichstrasse station,within walking distance to the centre,bars close etc.U cant miss it!:). Nothing at all, can't recommend highly enough.maybe a microwave in the kitchen would be useful. If your are a light sleeper the traffic noise may couse you troubles when windows open. For us it didn't matter because it was too chilly to keep the windows open :). Almost nothing! (Would benefit from phone/internet access and a microwave to match the competition). Very noisy at nights from the trams turning just outside the building.towels werent changed every day , would be good with a thermostat, room was either too hot ot too cold. would prefer some info about berlin in the apartment and info on taxis, sights, etc . The rooms were dirty and the floors had to be re-cleaned the day afterarrival. We later noticed lots of dust ("dustbunnies") under the couchand even on counters, the tv etc. The occasional insect was crawlingl.Water pressure was a problem and hit water as well. When couch waspulled out for sleeping, there was no comfortable place to sit.NOISY Tothe front.the noise level coming from the road.

Information about the area

Our comfort-apartments are situated in the middle of Berlin’s art and restaurant scene, and is only 300 metres from the Friedrichstadtpalast with its various theatre shows and 600 metres from the famous River Spree. A 10-minute tram ride brings you to the famous Hackeschen Markt with it's numerous beatufiul courtyards and artistic shops, Museum Island with its unique collection and changing exhibits in the Altes Nationalgalerie, the Pergamon, as well as the Altes Museum and the newly opened Bodemuseum.

Also easily reached by foot or a 15-minute S-Bahn ride is the street Unter Den Linden and the Brandenburg Tor which used to be right on the border of east and west Berlin.

Just over 1.5 km away is the Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most impressive squares in Europe with the German and French Doms as well cafes and shops surrounding it.

Travelling information

By Car:
- Get on the A100 heading towards Tegel/Hamburg/Wedding.
- Keep driving along this street as it turns into Seestr. Cross Muellerstr and at your next big intersection turn right onto Reinickendorfer Straße.
- Keep to the right as this street turns into Fennstr.
- Turn Left on Mueller Str and keep right as this street turns into Friedrichstr.
- The building is located at Friedrichstr 121.

From Schoenefeld Airport:
Take either the regional train heading to Nauen or the S-Bahn heading to Spandau. Transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Tegel. Get off the train at Oranienburger Tor and walk 100 metres north along Friedrichstr. until you reach the apartments at Friedrichstr 121.

From Tegel Airport:
Get on the bus 128 heading towards Osloerstr. Transfer at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz to the U6 heading towards Alt-Mariendorf. Get off the train at Oranienburger Tor and walk 100 metres north along Friedrichstr. until you reach the apartments at Friedrichstr 121.

From Hauptbahnhof (Central Station):
Take any of the S-bahns heading east from this train station. Transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Tegel. Get off the train at Oranienburger Tor and walk 100 metres north along Friedrichstr. until you reach the apartments at Friedrichstr 121.
