The apartment was absolutely brilliant, better than we had imagined. it was all very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also brilliant, the shower in particular was great, definately washed away our New Years day cob webs! It was in a great part of the city within walking distance of most things or if need be the train station is 30 seconds from the front door (and with it being Germany the trains run on time - all the time!) highly highly recommend it to a.
all reviews » Wonderful apartment. It was like having your privet apartment in Berlin. The Cafe at the street was very friendly with Internet. Very close to the U and the main train station. The Hamburger Bunhof Museum (modern art) just few minuets walk. Kitchen had all you need, even a small dish washer, toaster and coffee maker. The only thing we missed was the Internet.first we met a very pleasant staff, and were led to the nearby flat, in a very nice street. spotless bathroom with bathtub, nice sunny room with double bed, kitchenette ( dishwasher inc. ). everything was new, the building was quiet and 3 minutes from the nearest tube station. i highly recommend it, it sure will be the place i'll book next i travel to Berlin. The hotel is wonderfully located in the city center. One has a choice of rooms for different price. We actually as students stayed at the cheapest one but were pleasantly surprised with a comfort and cleanness of the room. At the reception we’ve had the best treatment one could only wish! The staff was extremely friendly and most willing to help. Many thanks!. Excellent location. Clean appartment. Would use again. Would also recommend the travel ticket. 16euro each and can be used on all forms of transport for 48hrs (they also do a 4day one). No, I would definitely recommend Inn City, and only wish more cities in Europe had this option.The lights didn't all work. the internet connection was not available. at the small apartment The don't have microwave. extra fee for late arrival (however, that was known beofrehand). There wasn't anything about the apt I or my husband didn't like. Both my sons said the sofa bed was a little hard. The only problem I had was with the apt block next door. 3 of the 4 nights we stayed they played very loud music on and off for about 15-30 mins between 11.30pm and 1am. I am a light sleeper when away, only a minor problem and would book apt again. Nothing at all - highly recommended.cable tv..(more than one chanel in english). Given that most leisure travellers come on weekends, it is a bit bizarre that the company is closed on weekends. This did not affect our particular experience, but it may be important in other situations. Previous guests had been smoking in the apartment. However the apartment staff organised for us to swap to another apartment in the same building. This apartment was equally nice and non-smoking. There is no network, so can not visit the internet.-Bed was unconfortable. No air con or at least a fan. A microwave oven and a teapot would have been useful kitchen additions at the apartment. The only drawback to the hotel was the unfriendly service during checkin. And we had to pay the total in cash in advance, but didn't realize this. We arrived unprepared and had to search for a cash machine in order to check in.There could be (better) directions about how to reach the place. Wemissed the ability to ask for help and directions from the staff asthere is none. It didn´t feel good to bother the landlady and once Ireally needed her and called I reached the voicemail and noone ever gotback to me. need directions in english how to use certain appliances.the television set needs replacement. It is old and small. An additional charge of 40 euro for late check in (arrival after 12:00 a.m) was asked just after booking confirmation although it was not clearly stated during the booking procedure. The window curtains are quite thin so sunlight might wake you up quite early if you are light sensitive.There was a problem getting the key initially as the person we met didn't seem to know we were arriving which meant we had to wait for an hour. Also, maybe a better CD player. beds very low, would not be suitable for someone with bad hips, who might not be able to tell this from the website. We had no problems but an older person might have found it awkaward.
