This is a beautiful hotel and we wished we could have stayed a month instead of 3 days. 4 poster bed was just as shown on the website. We weren't aware of the lack of an airconditioner as it wasn't necessary in the spring weather. Location was good once we'd found out where the nearest underground was (as opposed to Central Railway).
Definitely the best place to stay in Berlin!
1). Hotel is located in the nice aria and close to the center, 20 min to brandenburg gate on foot, 5 min to Hauptbahnhof.

One of the best place to stay in Berlin. The staff was really friendly, the room nice and large. Nice to have a garden view. The breakfast room is also very cosy and the breakfast fine.
Excellent and spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff, quiet, close to Hauptbahnhof and walking distance to most of attractions, just perfect.
Very nice rooms, quite large, clean, nice fornitures (simple but rather elegant) and nice exposition with a balcony on the internal garden.

Everything about this hotel was great.
Good location for wanting to close to museums, shopping and central Berlin. Very good hot showers which is nice after travelling all day.
Not much not to like. The massive road works outside didn't help in finding the place, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
On Sunday hotel was closed from 16:00, we could not leave our bags untill our flight.
