As a tourist it was central to all the principal attractions. The closeness of the Hauptbahnhof was a great benefit. Clean, large, freshly decorated rooms in a good location and very friendly staff.price/quality ratio. bar and lobby. Everything is great. The room is huge, the bath also, the furniture is new. Position of the hotel is excellent. I recommend it to everybody!.

Walking distance from the Central Train Station, near the city center.Room was spotless and lovely and warm!!. Very secure. It is really close to the fabulous Berlin central station only about a 7 minute walk. The shower was fab with great water pressure. It's on the 4th and 5th floor of a building entrance is different but don't let this put you off it's lovely and freshly painted too. This is the excellent hotel in the city center for such low price! Nothing superfluous. Good daily cleaning. Our request for changing rooms where answerd in inpolite way and no one of the staff members asked for our satisfaction. In addition, I have asked the clerck to searce the internet for trains time table and was refused by her (only when I insisted she provided me with the information). It would be good if the hotel could sell snacks - just chips/chocolate/ fruit/peanuts would do. It's a long way to the shops if you get hungry late at night. The lack of a phone in the room was also slightly irritating - I guess they expect most people to have mobiles these days, but I had forgotten my charger and was rather banking on there being a room phone.In fact, it's not a hotel, but a couple of rooms. Cigarette smell. Staff didnt care.curtains too small, so too light in the room in early morning, no extra linnen (cold). Staff speak a few english. The hotel had my mob number, when we arrived we have to move for one night to another hotel away from the place we need to be. We waste time on our arrival and the next day to move back to the Mikon. We spend only 3 days in Berlin and half day we wasted. So stressful.
