  Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special. I would definitely recommend you stop reading, book this place and go enjoy! - Price of a motel, but services, location, and cleaniness of a resort. The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche! Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if extremely clean.

  Chez Josephine was exactly what I needed after living out of hotels for 5 weeks. It is a lovely and warm place to come "home" to after a long day of walking. The owner "Jo" was warm and friendly and always available to assist with ideas for local sights or train/bus schedules. There is a shared bathroom but this was never an issue and I found I d... what people say » id not mind it at all. Each morning there was warm freshly baked crossaints (not cold store bought ones)! Loved waking up to the smell of that. Also e - The location was perfect and the room was so big and clean - great value. Josephine had good recommendations for dining. She's very welcoming, but pretty stern about turning the AC off and wiping the water off the shower when you're done to prevent mold, which I had no problem with, but was just surprised. I would definitely recommend staying here. The shared bathroom is not ideal, but it's worth it for the location and size/cleanliness of the room. I loved my stay in Nice.

  The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal to get away from the noise and bussle after a day in the city or on the beach. Our room (Azur) was large and comfortable and always clean, with all the necessities and a fantastic balcony view. The gardens and the pool area are very well looked aft... what people say » er and we made every use of the pool during our stay. We will be going back! Thank you Jean René and Michael! - The location is stunning with brilliant views. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Jean are outstanding, funny, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Can't recommend Mas des Oliviers highly enough.

  The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport. We all had a fabulous time staying at home sweet home and we were able to access the kitchen for drinks at anytime day or nigh... what people say » t which was a good bonus. We all said if we return to Nice we would certainly stay at Home Sweet Home without hesitation. - Geneviève(the owner) is kind and helpful, she recommended me several places to visit, and even helped me for the information of car renting.
