The location was right beside the Nice Ville Train Station. Can easily walk to anywhere in Nice or take a train to Monaco or Cannes! Pierre is very friendly, just remember to brush up on your French. The room was kept clean and the bathroom is stacked with soap, shampoo, and body wash. Sevrine et Pierre were friendly and helpful. The room, part of their apartment, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very generous and delivered at a mutually convenient time. Pretty much everything was great.
