I did not like anything about this hotel. If you can avoid stayng at this hotel, please do so. I booked a hotel for Nice very late and this was actually the only choice there was left.all reviews »
Did not have hot water to take shower between 11pm- 8am.
Small room without much space at all when all the beds were full.
Toilet in shower in same room, and only one on the floor it seemed
Very expensive...but it was Monaco Grand Prix weekend.

It didn't seem very clean, the toilet didn't flush. The elevator was old and the person at reception isn't always there.
For what Altea was offering it was extremely overpriced. The room which I had was shabby, there were only two old beds there which stank a little. The toilet and shower were outside. The person in charge was strict and not friendly. He was present only two hours before noon and three hours in the afternoon and that was the only time when you could check in or out. Altea was the most unpleasant Hotel experience which I have had in the past 20 years.
