On arrival we were greeted by the owner who ensured our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. The room we booked was 'The Lady' which was very clean and well appointed with its own private balcony overlooking Nice and the hills beyond. Breakfsat was served in the garden under the oragne trees and you couldn't ask for a more pleasant start to your day. The villa is perfectly situated near to the old port with direct bus routes to the airport and and Monaco. We loved the setting and will miss the.

The best place to stay if you want to explore Nice and surroundings. The owner is the nicest and friendliest person on earth. The villa is fantastic and very stylish. You get breakfast in the garden with jams and cakes made by the owner!! The location is perfect- two minutes from the old port and bus stop to catch the airport bus. The price is a great value for money considering high prices of hotels in Nice. I can't wait to go back and would never stay in any other hotel while in Nice. Location in the port area was excellant for access to the centre of Nice on foot. We were also 50m from the main coastal bus route where there is a regular 20 minute service costing 1.5 Euro to Monaco, Menton, Eze etc.. The proprietor was extremely helpful and welcoming and was very accommodating in terms of room access and leaving baggage at the beginning and end of our stay. Very unique place and nice views to Nice and surrondings hills. Superb location near Port of Nice (5 min walk) and old town of Nice (10 min walk). The owners are very friendly and you can walk in their gallery while having breakfast in their lovely garden. If you want to visit Monaco there is bus stop just near to villa, and it took 30 minutes to reach Monaco. We received a warm welcome the minute we stepped out of the taxis,after being shown our apartment which was spotless with everything we needed for a short break we were able to get the bus directly outside the villa and take a 1Euro 20min scenic bus ride to Monaco. Breakfast in the garden was perfect and will be missed !! We will certainly be returning again. The location was perfect!!Everything was on a walking distance. The hostess give us a very warm welcome. The breakfast was good and they had food for our 12 month old baby (fruit pots, yoghurts). The garden is really beautifull. The bathroom ( beautifull design) was really a four star. We definitely will stay here again. Loved the individual design of the apartment and the incredible art work by the owners through out the Villa. The owners were friendly and very helpful. If you love art and something a little bit different then this is the place to stay. Also I should mention the wonderful view I had from my balcony of Nice. A very characteristic hotel with super friendly owner. It is more like an artistic B&B in the nice part of Nice, in a residential area very close to the Old Town. Bus stop to Monaco is on its door step. We have truly enjoyed the four days trip. Lorenadia and her husband were charming and helpful. They made us feel at home. Our rooms were comfortable with a nice view of the garden and the location suited us very well as we have family staying in a flat near the old port. The very friendly and artistic owners were great. Their artwork was everywhere and made each room special and different. Breakfasts were very nice. We had great weather and so ate in the courtyard each day. - Location in walking distance to port and Old Town - arty interior with lot of space (Comfort apptmt) - super friendly staff - breakfast in garden - could check out super late on Sunday. We love the hosts of this family. They run this family-hotel all by themselves, and it's beautiful and clean. And we are very satisfied with the big room. Warmth of hostess, friendly. It is run by a family of artist and sculptor. Their good work forms part of interior of the studio apartment I lived in. That we had to leave :-o. That I had to leave:(. No air-condition in the room, but there was a fan which helps a little bit to circulate the hot air during the night time. They didn't had a electric water kettle in the comfort apartment. I had to cook everyday water in a pan for my baby infant milk and food which was taking a long time for boiling the water. The lack of anywhere to park a car was a disadvantage. Although there was a little kitchenette it was not very well equipped if one had wanted to cook or eat in the flat we had. Nice and near to the Nice Old Harbour. A bit of an uphill walk on the way back (but I am having to think hard for something to gripe about). - Shower was not fixed. No air-conditioner. Nothing.
