We both really loved the place - me and 16-yr old daughter - perfect! Relaxed atmosphere, slightly run-down but beautiful house. Even a family of 5 kittens running around. Great breakfast, fan in room, kitchen facilities, location on central tram route and a 15 min walk from station, quiet - excellent - thank you!. Was just what we were looking for. A place to stay for the weekend that was more like home than a hotel and where we felt comfortable. Room was lovely and clean. Choice of breakfast was fab and was left out until everyone had eaten regardless of the time.

We had a wonderful stay here. good value for money, shower is like space ship with changing lights and music! huge breakfast table, very friendly and helpful landlord, its more like a very good hostel. We were there during the carnival although we did not know at the time of booking our holiday. Therefore we were delighted to have found this place which is very well located, near the tramway line and bus stop too. N°23 take you to the airport for 1€ and you don't need to take the 99 or 98 bus which cost 4€ (unlimited day travel card compulsory to travel on those 2 buses). In fact which ever way you decide to travel is going to be cheap on public transport i. This is really more like a hostel It is very run down. They did provide parking and a breakfast. We stayed one night and wouldn't look at this as a week long stay but it was fine. Room and shared bathroom were clean. Owner Nicole was very helpful and cooperative. Free wifi in room was greqt. For travellers on budget I would recommend this BnB. Good location if you have a car. Tram station very close. descent room. the host is quite friendly, and the price is also reasonable. Funny householder. Great breakfast. Had to wait a bit sometimes for shared bathroom, but we knew that and wasn't a problem. Was difficult to find. just be aware, that you might have to share the shower, when there are more guests - we were in May the only guest, so we had no problem. - There is quite hard to check-in. It should be improved.There were some on going building works in the house. It didn't disturb us as such but might be a bit overwhelming for some people. But for that price what a bargain especially during the festival. . Owner cat and dog roaming inside while we had our breakfast as my wife and 7 months old daughter didn't feel comfortable. The richelieu room was very noisy at night.
