On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were
warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on
exploring the local area.
We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-)

Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel
is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very
professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late
and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late
night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed.
Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved
in advanced.

The location was convenient to Gare du Midi and the center. The hotel itself was in a very cute area, a little quiet at night, but still safe. It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.

The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station.
