Its location is very good, close to the centre (Grand Place), many restaurant in the vicinity, close to the railway station Central, the staff is helpful, the rooms are big enough, afer one has left the room, one can leave the luffage in the hotel until departure. My husband could use wirless zone in the hotel to e-communicate with his job. The location was very central to the grand place, near the stock exchange. All tourist sites were within walking distance. The hotel amenities were top quality, rooms were comfortable with linen and towels changed daily.The staff were very helpful and pleasant particularly Kevin the bar man, who gave valuable local info and coversation.

In addition to its close proximity to the train and to tourist sites, the Hotel staff were able to take care of all of my questions even though I speak only English. A very pleasant staff, coupled with clean and comfortable rooms made my stay a nice one. It was surprisingly only two blocks from the concert venue I was visiting Brussels for. I didn't have to take any kind of public transportation. It was in a cool, central part of town, and the price was very reasonable. I had lost my laptop earlier on the trip, and the free internet in the lobby was a lifesaver.I did like the hotel: excellent location and facilities, real 4-star and I got a very good price via your site. I stayed in a Business room, which was quite spacious. Overall, excellent. A prime location with great facilities, and the rate was very competitive. There were constantly movers outside making a loud racket, directly under a sign that said "hotel"...They seemed to be throwing bricks against the inside back of their truck...it was very loud...Hotel needs a little updating with color schemes, paint, etc. Only gripe is that the hotel seemed quite busy throughout our stay (Dec. '07) and thus space in the breakfast room and subsequent food available was at a premium. You had to be quick!. The breakfast could be better. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.Some of gym equipment needs attention. all was fine; the gym could be better..From available 40-50 channels only 1 English speaking channel (BBC2) on TV. Double beds only in smoking rooms?. limited opening times of the bar. for the car driver the car parking in the hotel car park. The entrance was to small for size of car - only a range rover!. Also parking outside to unload and load in Ru da Midi was difficult, although had we been aware this could have been done at the back where the car park was - I think better direction of this use would have helped. But then I was not the driver!. I had booked a single room for one night at € 61. I booked one night more, but the price was then € 69. I wondered why?. prefer to have the free internet connection also in the room not only in the lobby. The path for our room was across the parking area. It did get a bit hot in the room. Missing back mirror in a bathroom.Staff awareness about the ongoing events in Brussels should be higher. Breakfast was variable - there was a huge choice but certain items ran out and were not replaced for a considerable time.
