We stayed four days and the room could not have been cleaner. Sheets and towels changed everyday. That does not happen in five star hotels. The breakfast was multi-choice with eggs, fruit etc. Tea and coffee available all day. Hot showers and I mean hot. For the price it gets a 10/10

We stayed there for 1 night. We arrived at around 8:30 (am), way before
check-in time. The staff immediately offered us complimentary breakfast
and to take a shower after coming from a night train ride. While we were

We were greeted by Kim - very friendly lady, who served us some breakfast as soon as we arrived (early morning) and then arranged for us to use a spare room for a shower as our room wasn't ready. Then she arranged a day trip for us involving a trip down the river, then a driver who met us and took us to the Royal Tombs and the Citadel. Then she made a recommendation for dinner. Everything was absolutely superb - including the room which was fantastic value for money

After having misread our train tickets and missing our train, the Ngoc
Binh Hotel family sorted us out a room, booked transport for the next
day after ringing many agencies trying to book a bus that same night and
then gave us the opportunity to join them for their Tet meal. They were
absolutely brilliant, but never challenge the Vietnamese to a drinking
contest! Facilities were great, clean, and the location is brilliant
with some very cheap but very good bars and restaurants nearby. Would

Although it's a guest house (room comfortable and large enough but
basic) the service and friendliness of the staff is the best we have
