  The staff here are amazing! The nicest people we encountered on our month stay in Vietnam. They did not once try to sell us anything and were incredibly generous! They had the most amazing strawberry juice for us when we arrived, it was so good that I will crave it for the rest of my life! They were so helpful with all our questions and when we forgot our passports - Although it's a guest house (room comfortable and large enough but basic) the service and friendliness of the staff is the best we have experienced in 3 weeks in Viet Nam. Nothing was too much trouble and they organized access to a nearby pool (albeit at a cost but chargeable to the room), recommended a good restaurant (owned by the family), explained what tourist sites to see, organized a car and driver so we could see the tourist sites (only had 1 day so pressed for time) and organized a take

  The family that run this place are so friendly & amazingly helpful. The hotel itself is lovely & has large rooms & you can even get a balcony overlooking the boulevard. The hotel is in a lovely French-street- style residential area about 20 minutes walk from the river. There are also nice restaurants in the area. - Staff really friend... what people say » ly and helpful, we checked out early and went on a tour that day, when we came back they offered us a shower which wasgreat since we had to go on an overnight train that evening. They gave us a big room since we reqeusted a twin but gave us a triple room instead which was great.
