Right after we checked in, the bartender greeted us very warmly (the bar is in the lobby) and was genuinely wonderful during our whole stay (her name is Paula and she made delicious smoothies for my daughter!). I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes). Overall a very good hotel.
