Helpful Reception staff, all day free coffee, nice room, good downtown location, good tv. central location / good quality for price / parking lot right next door. It was clean and quiet ; the breakfast is good and not too expensive. It was very convenient to places I needed to be near. location, price, free coffee, free internet. location.
all reviews » The guy at the front desk checked us in 3 hours early just to be nice.They were very accommodating when we checked out too - let us leave ourluggage there until we returned. They were prompt about getting usanything we needed during our stay. It is very close to Fisherman's Warf(20 min. Bus ride - and the buses come every 3 - 6 min.) and a whole lotcheaper than anything at the war. no parking must pay for garage. Easy to get, independence (you do not have to talk with the staff), quiet although there is some noise outside. The services are good, except for no breakfast and no parking.The location. Location , near the center of San Francisco.The hotel needs to upgrade windows to double glazing!! Otherwise great. At about 10:00 a.m. I wanted to have breakfast prior to leaving and was told the dining room was already closed.internet connection in room was very poor. The elevator is definitely old and slow. It only fits 5 people (barely)and it can be incredibly slow - so our recommendation is take the stairswhen you come down in the morning.loud, on a noisy street. The internet only works near the front desk (I think is a misconfiguration) and most of the time is very slow.No breakfast (any simple breakfast at all), no parking, o parking with 21 dolars to his own clients. The neighborhood are plenty of homeless people. To walk to hotel in the night from downtown is't not a good experience. We can find any kind of persons, drunks, homeless, crazy people, etc. The sense is unsafe. the staff. To serve breakfast. I didnt like the location. The neighbourhood is very very dodgy. As a female traveling alone, I didnt feel comfortable walking around in the neighbourhood. Not value for money considering what I paid, and the poor location. No laundry services available on site the hotel.The beds were made terribly. Only one simple sheet didn't even cover thewhole matrass. I had to redo them myselves every day! Bad location. Wethink seven blocks from Unionsquare is too far! Lots of homeless peoplein the area of the hotel. The receptionist (man) in the evening doesn'teven greet his guests when they come back to the hotel. Warning: don"tstay at this hotel!!.
