Good and a clean place for the money.
The staff were courteous and it is a simple and an inexpensive place to stay if you want something on a low budget. Walking distance to movies, and great ethnic asian cuisine.
I liked that is was pet friendly at no extra charge. Once we got the
handicapped room, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

I liked that the front desk changed our room when we discovered it
didn't meet our satisfaction. Only had one bed and we needed two. Tv
didn't work. But they happily switched us to another room.
Parking in undergrond at no extra charge. Nothing in particular.
No place to "walk" dog to relieve herself. Only concrete
sidewalks. My dog is not trained to go on cement so she did not go at
all while there. Even though I pre-confirmed the need for handicap
room, it was not on their notes so we first got a room that
wouldn't work and then had to switch. (And they did not help move
our luggage and stuff).
There was a lot of noise coming from the street next to the hotel. The curtain of the window was a bit damaged so the light could come in.
the walk to Union Square was a little further than we would have liked.
I would have liked to stayed in a smoke free room.
It was a little loud at night from people hanging out on the street
outside. The parking was a little scarey.
Way to much money 150.00 per night for a aged motel six come on , no
breakfast lot of noise.
