Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. Clean, quiet and the service was fantastic all the way around. Square footage/aesthetics/close to high-end shopping venues. Great location, attentive staff, spotless accommodations.
