Superb Studio accomodation - luxurious, spacious,elegant and super quiet location close to all key tourist sites and galleries. Highly recommended. Everything! Great Location, stylish comfortable suite,friendly helpful staff, surprisingly good light breakfast, internet access and Apple Macs.Location was great. Staff were nice and breakfast good with excellent coffee. The computers were easy to access in the breakfast room. Rooms could be a little more sound proof we had some noice from crying baby in next room (also as the hotel seems to attract families with little kids).Breakfast should be better (ie. just coffee and tea). Rather noisy room, due to the air conditioning equipments of the nearby building. The schedule for cleaning the room - one day per week.They failed to give me the early morning wake up call I requested on the day of my departure. The driver they arranged for me didn't know how to get to the airport and did not take credit cards as promised by the front desk attendant. Wi-Fi in room was poor/inoperative. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast oom was a bit small (some people couldn't get a table), and they kept running out of things (cereal, fruit). It would have been nice to have a newspaper for everyone to take, rather than to share with others. The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected and we asked for 2 rooms close together after calling earlier at least three times but it was not honoured. I hope i don't get disappointed during my next stay.The only complaint was on the 8th floor we could here traffic and the garbage truck that runs most of the eveing. My bedroom was a bit noisy.service. cost. No exactly "I didn't like" but as a sugestion ,the hotel could improve the continental breakfast adding cereals, fruit,ocassional cheese an cold cuts. the "light" breackfast was really too light and the quality was cheap. more fruits, cakes and juices would be better.No safe in the room neither a table to be able to make use of excellent facilities or computer. Staff were awful. I arrived with my two kids after 8 hour car journey. Ihad booked a one bed suite through you. They checked me in and I got upto the room to find it was a studio. I think they thought I might notnotice, because no apology was offered for the mistake. On pointing outthat I had booked a one bed , they tried to make me wait in the room forthem to sort it out.breakfast should improove a lot and nice views not to walls like the one we have got. Expensive. The noice of opposite Plaza construction will be over soon - the honking of cars due to those works on 58th St is not from civilized world. the service that I recive wasn't good. Housekeeping only once a week during stays 7 days or longer. too noisy. construction in and around the hotel.
