Recently opened and rooms and facilities are in top class condition. All the staff were really engaged and working to ensure I had a great stay. I was there for 7 days so longer than most guests.Great rooms that were quiet...a blessing in NY and great linen and beds.V Good food in the restaurant and lively bar area that is the hot place in town currently.Good gym and giant Jacuzzi were good for daily workout.

The room is not user friendly for a female getting ready, no place to put on makeup or blow dry your hair. The lighting is also poor for this. Also traveling alone, it would have been nice to have a beer in the hotel where you stay. You should have a certain area for guest. I was told breakfast was included but I was charged for it. Need more places to hang towels in bathroom. My wife is not 5'7" so she could not see in the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Room was a little small New hotel and a few teething issues . Elevators were slow.I am sure they wil be ironed out over time. Te majority of the space in the room was in the hall way. There was NO closet or storage. very small rooms small loby small enterance ugly Corridors. Room ridiculously small. Had to pay extra $150 to upgrade to a junior suite that was in fact the size of a regular room in any other hotel.
