The staff was very responsive, facility was excellent and very clean, location is great etc. Location location location the place is right in the heart of Manhatan. All is good! Better hotel in New York!. Being nickeled internet Wi-Fi charges. It should be included for this price structure!!. I really enjoyed the hotel but found it to be expensive compared to other hotels with the same facilities.
