* The Greeter at the property was just wonderful: cordial, professional and always available.

* Having to practically beg for a specific location 'prior' to arrival by at least one or two days
* The SoHo “location” listed is not a real address and it casts a shadow of unsettling doubt on an otherwise, not only professional organization, but excellent overall experience.
My key was de-activated halfway during my stay, with no explanation.
I was given a temporary key by the apartment owner, after waiting for a half hour in the lobby at 11pm at night.
It was a strange experience.
