Cleanliness of the rooms - The housekeeping staff were very nice, kind and friendly. They were changing towels, bedsheets and cleaning the room every day. I arrived at the hotel at 10am and upon request was allowed to check in at 11:30. The hotel provides kitchen facilities with utensils, crockery, fridge, oven and stove and also a washing machine/iron and iron board. The hotel is just opposite Sharaf DG metro station, 10 mins walk from mall of the emirates and 10 mins drive to Burj al Arab. Ve.
all reviews » My best mate and I stayed at Pride Hotel, and were welcomed warmly. Excellent location literally across from the metro station. Our studio apartment was clean, comfortable and thought it was brilliant value for money. Would definitely use pride apartments again!! :). No restaurant, credit card pre-authorisation amount still locked. I had phoned a day before for reconfirmation and came to know they caneclled my booking without any intimation to me or letsbookhotel.com. Had to get it re-instated with help of letsbookhotel.com. The fact that I was allowed to check in 2 hours before time into my hotel room, as I had arrived 3 hours before time. Also the fact that the hotel is opposite a metro station, which meant I could get up and go anywhere and everywhere without too much stress. Friendly staff,good housekeeping ,neat rooms as it appears to be new opposite metrostation very easy to get around without taxi ,nice cafes lined the street close to mall of emirates just a 10 min walk ,kitchen well equipped washing machine fully automatic . The location is great, just in front of Sharaf DG metro station. There was a close supermarket with free delivery FREE wireless internet Toiletries in the bathroom were great There was a washing machine and a microwave and a fridge FREE parking space. I stayed at Pride hotel with my family (wife + 2 children), the service and location (just across D J Sharaf Metro Station) were so good, the hotel is clean and quiet, the staff so helpful, i recommend it for who is looking for nice and warm hotel. 1. Location was fantastic, one min walk from Sharaf DG metro station. 2. Spacious rooms, clean beds, toiletries etc. 3. Close proximity to cafes, grocery store and transport. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Value for money. 6. Free parking and WiFi. Nice big room and bed in deluxe suite was huge, 2 toilets a bonus. Management were happy to provide extra bedding for our boys to sleep on the couches, appliances were new so all good. Would recommend, very close to mall and metro. It's a really nice place to stay at. The only complains I have is that there was no hot water and there were no plugs in the bedroom. In the other hand we got a free upgrade from the basic room to an apartment :). I really liked that it was close to one of the metros which made transportation to tourist hubs within the city easy and pocket- friendly.Also, that the hotel environment was always very clean and air- freshened. The hotel apartment is clean and spacious. Value for money. I especially like the fact that the Metro station is just across the hotel. Very near to everything I needed. There are supermarkets in 5 minutes walk distance, as well as coffee shops and pharmacy. The taxis were available any time. I really like the view from the balcony (Burj Al-Arab); and also very close to Sharaf-DG Metro Station, and near sheykh zayed road :D Its also near to Palm Jumeirah (Best View From Balcony Room). The location is amazing, it's right beside the metro station and has round-the-clock shops and restaurants in the vicinity. On 2 occasions my room card didn't work and I needed to go to the reception on both cases to reactivate my card. Like a small home away from home problem is smal bed room very cramped for space more than enough for a couple ,no restaurant so we have to resort to ordering from outside food gets there cold but thankfully there is a microwave oven ,there is an iron to press your clothes but it is a cheap one without a cut out switch it ruined one my good shirts there are no non stick utensils so if you going to cook something be prepared to use a lot of oil. While checking in I had to go back to the reception several times because the door wasn't opening. There was no swimming pool or gym While sleeping I could hear the sound of water through the pipelines in the wall. almost nothing. Since its only 3 or so month old facility, the work on in-house restaurant, gym, swimming pool ongoing. I am sure they will soon build these facilities within a month time, as Pride Hotel management asserted. That it took the staff over an hour to get a replacement hot plate for our apartment.We got it at the same time our order from Golden Fork was delivered. The hotel staff did not do inventory check on the hotel before we checked in. When we check out, they said 1 cup and 2 plates were missing when that was all we had in the kitchen. Advise to customers, do an inventory check the moment you check in. No Breakfast and Lunch meal; but Perfect !. There was a strange smell at the foyer, and there was a leak in the ceiling at the reception area. - Wifi drops every now and then. - A bit of a sound installation problem. We wanted to stay more but its was fully booked and the hotel could not give us any room. We are sad about that. Wish we could stay 1 more week. nothing. Although the hotel was new, but the room smells very bad and was not very clean, garbadge bin in the kitchen was full from the prevoius guests and was not thrown away which also caused very bad smell. We asked the reception to clean it but it wasn'T. We asked for extra pillows and cover but had to wait so long and keep requesting several times. We booked and paid for a 1-bed apartment a few months before but they put us in a studio for 1st night until we realised so be sure you get what you booked. No complain. Due to fact it a new hotel the gym is not opened, letsbookhotel.com should update it details. Only 3 english channels on tv out of 200+. nothing. There was no DVD player nor was there a toaster. Two bedroom apartment (for 5 people) but only crockery and cutlery for 4. Nothing. Not as clean as it should have been. The room was so new that not all of the lights worked. No proper restaurant or lobby. the TV didn't work at all was not possible to fix it, but it's not relevant for a journey for relax and visiting the city. Bad internet. No restaurant. A little noisy. If you open the window, dust will be a problem. 1. Shabby reception that make you fear the worse 2. No towels at the pool. Too few lounge chairs. 3. No coffee/tea in the room. How little would it cost for a couple of nescafe and tea bags? 4. eventhough the place is new, the furniture is chippin out a bit. However its still a great place to work, to relax or to just sleep in. No restraint in this hotel until I was there. But there is a some restraint nearest to Pride hotel. A lot of maintenance work being done while we stayed. Pricing. Hotel staff did not timely resolve the complaints. I stayed there for couple of weeks and no one came to resolve my issue of low water pressure in the kitchen faucet. Nothing.
