The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is wireless. The breakfast was excellent, you can have it delivered to your room at no extra charge, we called down on the phone what we wanted and 10-15 .
all reviews » Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door. Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by. We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h. The staff is very friendly and they always give you a very nice smile and they are very helpfully they are very cooperative and the response time for your need is very fast the clean is very nice they come always to clean and change the beds the design of the apartment is very nice I stayed in one bedroom 409. I would like to give special thanks for the security:Sabu and his crow and for bellboy :Arun really they are very helpfully in all times I will stay in Auris next time visit . Thanks for . The staff was extremely helpful and genial. The service for the rooms are also very well organized. It is very close to Mall of Emirates where you can go for shopping and eating, and even go to Carrefour for preparing something in the kitchen of your room. It is also very close to Jumeirah beach and Marina side by taxi costing you between 15-25 dirhems. By location and the service quality, it is worth to stay here, and it's also value for money when you compare this hotel with the others. I str. Staff are super friendly and helpful, I asked for a two day extension and they gave me the same rate. Parking ramps are very narrow. Location is a walking distance from the Mall of Emirates and the metro station. Room was ok, not very big but not small also. The only thing is the view, you can see construction workers working in the building right from your window and they are very near. Overall experience was great, I recommend it. The staff was friendly, offered us bigger room then pre-booked as the hotel was full. Perfect location just few minutes next to the Mall of the Emirates and a local restaurant. Spacious living room with a dining area, well equipped kitchen, iron available, just missing hairdryer. The rooftop swimming pool area is nice. I can fully recommend it. Everything in the hotel is clean and the service is excellent. My husband always go there when he comes in a business work. THis time when I came with him they gave us an upgrade for 2 bedrooms. The location is exellent only walking 10 mintutes to mall of the emirates.it was clean and providing daily with toloit accessories . the resturaunts and supermarkets are nearby. A word of caution the single bedroom rooms do not have views of ski dubai or the mall of the emirates because of construction next to the hotel. For the false advertisement and extra price, I haggled with them and got free breakfast for me and my wife for charging me for a view I never got. There are two Auris near by, make sure you get to the correct one. My only complaint was the washing machine provided indicated an all in one washer dryer however, we found it to be a partial dryer only and had to pack our wet clothes for the return flight home as our cloths didn't dry in time, this led to an increase of 5 kgs to our already maxed out baggage allowance. Nothing. I didn't like is that we have to pay more to eat breakfast everyday. There was absolutely nothing that I didnt like. It was a great vacation made all the more special by the hotel. I did read some of the comments regarding this hotel before booking. All I can say is that you cant please everyone all of the time. Book this hotel. You wont be sorry. The furniture was old and not nice. Only one thing (not a defect - just a matter of taste): I did not like the chandeliers and light appliques they are not matching with the modern and simple design of the apartment. - They do not have shutel to metro stations or emirated mall -wifi is not powerfull and get dustirbed all the times. Nothing. Nothing - it was ideal for us. the parking is very small and narrow. My wife came down with pnuemonia, don't know if it was the air conditioning at the hotel or not. breakfast- lack of variety and poor; no hairdryer; carpets in rooms no coffee maker. the fact that the only food outlet was a small coffee shop. but having said that the mall of the emirates had a great selection of restaurants for dinner. the drive-in to the under ground parking.......dangerous!!!!. Located exactly between two metro stations, meant htat we had at least a 10 minute walk in the heat to the nearest station. I would recommend choosing a place closer to the metro station. Not enough English TV channels. Nothing to say. Reception decoration and furniture was very poor and not reflect the value of the hotel. Just one thing that they didn't put extra toilet paper in the bathroom. All rooms are non-smoking. Only 7 sunbeds by the roof top swimming pool. The design of the room can be updated as well as the food at the restaurant was not so good. i booked a two bedroom apartment but what i got was two (one bedroom apartment ) i was traveling with my friends and we wanted to stay together ,, the design of the rooms is a little bit old. No bar and was getting fairly hot outside. Construction beside hotel. Lack of dining options late in the evening as we did not wish to use the kitchen and cook. Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. under construction nearby buildings. Fitness facilities were limited. Not unusual for this part of the world. the gym was bad.
