The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste. Location is very good close to 2 metro stations, "Sharaf DG" is a 5 minute walk away and Emirates mall is also around 5 mins walk away which has a metro stop there also. Also not far from many other attractions such as .

(2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. (3) The restaurant food is very nice and reasonably priced; service is excellent. (4) I liked having an iron . Second time in 3 months staying here and I must say the staff are the best I have dealt with in Dubai - they genuinely make you feel like you are welcome - front desk staff give a great welcome when checking in and although its been said many times its very true - first impressions are very important and so far you guys get 10 out of 10 ( specifically like to mention Bryan and the lady from Greece who checked us in last friday!. After having surgery at a near by hospital in Dubai, my wife and I decided to stay at the Centro because it was close to the mall and close to the hospital. During our stay the hotel staff and management went out of their way to bring us serve us and to even bring room-service after scheduled times. We will definitely return. The service was excellent! I felt they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and settled in. I would definitely recommend this place. Great modern, decor...very comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, nice pool, friendly staff. Nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff: professional and friendly, helpful at all times -- a reflection of their management. Just few steps away from Mall of the Emirates, although summer weather tends to be an obstacle if you tend to walk to the mall, but taking a cab would cost only AED 10. I don’t like in the hotel that on our arrival we help our self with the leagues and even in the checking out it was the same. The menu needs to vary a bit - each time I have eaten in the restaurant, the menu is the same (except for the "themed meals". Perhaps you could alternate between 2 or 3 different set menus? Just an idea... 2 out of the 3 European plug sockets in our room were not working. There was a weird smell which I could not tell came from where, but realised that it was in a few rooms I was shown as well as the towels. Thus, I am assuming that it is the detergent being used. No free WiFi...:(. Had to ask for room to be cleaned everyday, did not happen on its own. No assistance in luggage Check out billing was incorrect and took lot of pestering to get it corrected. no free wi-fi. Had to pay for wi-fi, ridiculous to think in 2013 hotel is charging for Internet access. -lighting at the room can be made better. Hotel could do with better arrangements for Internet facilities - eg free WIFI in lobby. No nightlife in hotel. Bar is small and not well-frequented. 1) no bellboy ........ There were nothing in mini bar and there were not toothpaste, toothbrush and hair conditioners in the bathroom. Internet connection is not free and so expensive. location is good but at the weird round about and traffic light intersection, wish there are more green outside. area surrounding it is dusty , a bit annoying. We were disappointed that our room rate did not include breakfast and wifi as it had done last time. There were no special discounts even though it was our second stay. About 10 minute walk to train station, but plenty of taxis around, so it is really not a problem as such. Only 2 bottles of water in the room - one for some tea at night and to drink, and the other for coffee in the morning. Enough for one guest, but when my husband was with me a few months ago, this wasn't enough. Also, the menu for the restaurant remains the same - too boring if you are a returning guest! In addition, the Internet usage could be a free service for guests... No breakfast in room option No ATM machine at hotel or even close to it. Closest ATM machine is at Mall of the Emirates. Rooms are very small, its difficult to manage even with one child in the room, beds are queen size, not enough for two adults with one child. Room is small, No luggage service and you have to take it in and out by your self. i didn't like that internet service is not free and i have to pay. Honestly, this is first time in i see an hotel requesting fees for internet acess. No free wifi :-(. there is no concierge or no one to help with the luggage, I called someone from the room to help me but no one came, I had to get down with all 4 pcs of my luggages alone. Very problematic. there is nothing i didn't like. The desert tour offered by the hotel. The food and the performances didn't meet our expectations at all. n/a. The requirement to pay before check out, even when the hotel takes a credit card imprint, is something that I don't find in other hotels.
