The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. The hotel was clean and confortable, had well designed rooms. The Hotel was very close to Mall of the Emirates and the Metro Station, which made it very convenient. Staff were helpful.

Restaurant misses a bit ambiance and the location is hard to find for cab drivers. I was a little difficult to get to through the inner roads of Barsha. nothing so far. House keeping didn't always replenish stuff in room/bathroom. Even when asked to do so. Breakfast wasn't included unless you paid extra. Room cleaning should be controlled more by management. The hotel is somewhat new, so non of the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was. If the hotel provided a small map to give taxi drivers, it would help a lot!. Nothing. The Russian staff at the front desk should be more friendlier to other nationalities. I saw they were more friendlier towards Russians. Hard to access. There is no entertainment in the hotel , not even a coffees hop only the lounge for that it is perfect only for staying in the city for business. -no 24hrs room service -breakfast selection -maid service. Staff were non-communicative. I was left standing at the front desk with no expkanation as to why. Extras were not as described in the original booking. No Business Center. Even for small printing job you have to go outside. The location of hotel did not accommodate western traditions or leisure. Personally, I had to take a 20 minute taxi ride to a location which served alcoholic beverages. Pool adequate. Lack of restaurant variety and staff wasn't able to provide express pressing service. Instead an ironing board was provided. Breakfast. Breakfast average. facilities, noisy street , cleaning. The room bathroom smelled bad. There was an electricity problem and water leaking in the bathroom which were annoying. It was dangerous as jepson board was falling in small peices beacuse of the leak of the water. Taxi service was slow. Un professional staff, un friendly also dont know their duties they just want to check you in on their way moreover a very long long check in I had in my life ,,beds not comfortable and when you ask about something it is a big deal and you have to explain to make them under stand, ,, bathrooms,, no privacy u can hear sounds from other rooms . I will never recommend this hotel. Excessive follow-up required if something required from Reception. services. They give back security in UAE dirhams while taking in USD. Breakfast not included.Needs to be included in the charges of standard room. Maintenance of Bed mattresses required. They should be kept in sun for sterilisation. Nothing really. charged my Visa before arrival At arrival the room was not ready and had to wait about an hour The room and th wash room were smelly and fealthy WiFi was just a lie service. not functional.
