the price, cleanliness. Good bed. En suite facilities fine. Room size good. quiet,relaxed. the privacy. I have already sent an email to you complaining about the poor considtion of the hotel and asking for a full refund. We did not stay at the hotel but paid to stay an another one nearly. I have yet to receive any response to my email.food quality. as there was no lift ,i was glad i was not on top floor.The hotel looks very run down. But there are renovations going on (without interfering with my sleep!!!) The reception is on the other side of the road but also that is not really a problem. could use internet in paddington hotel but is just about possible to get it from the RCA over the road on the first few floors.the window needed repair, so it was a bit cold and noisy. reception in another house, no elevator. Dreadful breakfast - poor quality bread and croissants. no lift so not ideal for elderly people if on 4th floor. the staff was unfriendly. Everything! The room was dirty, especially the bedclothes, it was dark and absolutely tiny. The rooms are not even in the same bulding as the reception and the receptionist would not let us see the room before we paid (of course now I know why!).
