I simply liked everything! Excellent service, the rooms are very nice, and the location is perfect. Being a student this was a lot of luxury for an affordable price. We are very pleased with our stay. The Plasma TV in room. Excellent value for your money, considering comparable choices in price around London if you don't mind taking the underground and of course close enough to Heathrow.

If I had brougth my computer it would have been ruined as deskand internet connection was just under the ac (not wireless conn.) Duveta lot smaller than the cover it was in - not very comfortable!. The hotel staff, the hotel facilities, no bath-tub, room too small,hardly any room to walk or stretch. Towel had yellow stain on it. shower had vno power..no pressure.The room is really small for a twin; we could not even open our suitcase flat!!!. I was eaten alive by bed bugs, and complained to staff who just shrugged it off.Understaffed. We got locked out of the hotel because our swipe card (which worked once before) didn't work, we had to wait 10 minutes in the queue (at the reception building) until they just let us back in again, they didn't fix the problem! Other than that, the rooms (particularly the bathroom) are small. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about. Room services, usually no hot water, poor cleanliness, no safe deposite box, poor receptionists except a woman i dont remember her name. so so small bathroom and facilities.Small room Bed worn out. Pay per phone parking is available outside the hotel and is free on Sunday and after 13.30 Saturday. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements. Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card with 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.
