good range of facilities.Didn't charge me for failed wifi. The inside of the room, plus bathroom and bed sheets were clean. location, subway-300m, price, quiet. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to Paddington station, little corner shop near-by, cheap for the money, big bed and nice tv/dvd on the wall. Central position and yet very quiet especially at night time. there was nothing i liked or disliked. Reasonable price, good location. it felt a refugee home. small spaces. absolutely tiny room, i suppose you get what you paid for. if you don't mind the lack of space and not planning to invite guest/ cook a feast, then take it!!. No elevator, apartment sizes are too small, no wardrobe, poor lighting. Room too small for self-catering, bed was not a proper double, kitchenettes not fully equipt (eg no cups or glasses), bathroom very small (you will have to be under 5'5" to stand up properly in shower, which also leaked over the floor), satellite television not working. see above, made comment in wrong box!. Staff did not exude customer service - if anything didnt really care whether you were happy or not. Also when trying to discuss about problems it was as if you were talking another language. Was very frustrating.The room was frigthningly small. Bathroom was so small I had to reverse into the shower! Luggage had to be taken up 3 flights of stairs. No elevator. No window in the room. Lots of things in room did not work. No TV chanels, toaster was broken, Toilet seat came off. Location - quite a way out of the main sites, and although stated closeto Hyde Park, it was about a 20 minute walk. Room was in basement, wasvery cold, no kettle, very small (the door hit the bed as we walked inand the other side of the bed was against the wall), none of the remotesworked, but when I asked Reception for batteries the replacements didn'twork (I didn't like to disturb her again as she was on the phone tofriends!!!). I am really disapointed with the allocated room.- a wall was wet and a humidity smell was to be strongly noticed in the room, we had to open windows during the whole stay.- the room was in the basement... I know we had a 50% reduction from letsbookhotel.com (60 pounds instead of 120), but I did not pay for a basement room. Too much to mention, needless to say I will not be staying there again.The room smelt of sewage, we found bed bugs in the bed, the room upstairs was noisy until 4 in the morning, this is a terrible hotel especially as it claims to be 4 star. Having to pay GBP10 for tv remote.Asked for ironong board..none available, asked for sink repair..nothing happened, bathroom door wouyldn't close, no opening window i.e. no fresh air.. riduculously small... totally unsuitable for two adults.. cheap and nasty.
