    We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was helpful. We stayed during a hot spell and the air conditioning wo... what people say » rked well. Breakfast was fine, but I will agree with other reviewers who said the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again.     Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Restaurants we visited: Sporano's is a very good restaurant if you like Italian food besides pizza and - We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

    We'd just been to Paris and there were no dressers for our clothes there, but there was lots of room at the Copthorne Tara to put our things away so we didn't feel we were living out of a suitcase.     The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!!     Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so they weren't expecting us.     Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington.     I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. The rooms are typical London size, small, but very nice. The towels in the bathroom were incredible... what people say » - huge and fluffy!     Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

    The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room... what people say » . The position is brilliant - Hyde Park just over the road, Kensington's shops all around and the Albert Hall and Exhibitions within walking distance. - The location. Modern rooms that were very clean. Good wi-fi connection. You don't even need to bring your iPhone charger. A real hair dryer in the room. Professional, courteous staff. Close to High Street Kensington station. Across the road from Kensington park and Kensington palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near by. Really I would recommend this hotel.
