  Very clean and seemed to be newly redone so all in good condition. We were in a one bedroom apartment which had a large living room and sufficiently equipped kitchen. Great value for the location and quality These are serviced apartments, NOT a hotel so don't expect as much service or a fully staffed reception at all times. It was exactly what I h... what people say » ave previously experienced from serviced apartments but from previous comments it looks like other visitors were surprised. - At Holland Apartements you get excellent service, and get to stay in a clean and tidy apartement. There is no luxury, but you get value for your money. Staying there with childre the age 9 and 12 worked just fine, but we were a lot out of the house. Finding a place to eat nearby is no problem, and if you are not willing to walk the 15 minutes to Shepards Bush metro station, you can take the bus.

  The staff was very friendly. the room was basic and very clean. it had all we needed to spend 3 days in london. The breakfast simple and good: apple and orange juices, water, 3 types of cereals, bread, butter and 5 types of jam, green tea, red berries tea, london tea, grey tea. cofee, cappucino. In the area you can find a supermarket, starbucks, pubs, the indian restaurant masala zone, the noodle bar waga - Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to solve any problems for you. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station. An excellent place to travel around London in different directions within zones

  Staff seemed friendly and accomodating - I only stayed for 1 night and the hotel was used just for a base. It was ideal for this, not too far from the tube, clean and the staff were friendly.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast. Both of them made us feel totally at home and were extremely polite and accommodating. The whole place has a very unique atmosphere and doesn't feel like a hotel, rather something with - Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast included and overall a great restaurant. The specials were at least a 4 star quality experience. Great attention to detail and presentation of the plates. All the staff were very helpful. Magda the assistant manager is a ROCK STAR. On top of everything and helpful with any request!! Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise! While there was no lift...the stairs gave me my daily workout :-) and the staff was gracio
