We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was helpful. We stayed during a hot spell and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was fine, but I will agree with other reviewers who said the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help.
all reviews » The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff for running such a well maintained and fr. A delightful small hotel hidden away in the middle of Kensington High Street. Perfect for visitors to London. Very well equipped and spacious room. Also beware there are two Seraphine hotels on the same street 10 mins walk apart, so make sure you're stored at the right one. Very small room. Lots of stairs to climb. Lobby area is not spacious. No elevators. It should be important to know to travellers with large suitcases. The sinks in bathroom too small you couldn't even wash your face, all though there was room for bigger, only just!. The rooms are tiny. Not much room between the end of the bed and the wall. Maybe 12 inches. The bathroom is also quite compact. We have stayed in small rooms before but this one was a surprise especially after seeing the website pics. Time for more accurate photos. The renovation works taking place during the day meant you couldn't really stay in the room during that time. Nothing. The rooms were very small however nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Room very small with no place to put suitcases, tiny bathroom and only about 12 inches to get around bed to other side, I think the room was a single and they put another bed in to make it a double. The breakfast provided was possibly the worst meal i have ever been served, and each day we were not served the items we selected. There were renovations taking place and we were not informed prior to arrival, as such, the first impression of the hotel was terrible as we checked in at a construction site. 1-Staff could have been more welcoming. 2-double bed more like a big single 3-breakfast.
