  apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking... what people say » bags from car etc a bit inconvenient. - Brillian!!! Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  The appartments were fantastic - like a home from home. The rooms were all really spacious - a much better alternative to a cramped hotel room. The appartments are in a good location - about a 10 minute walk from all of the major sights. The welcome basket was also much appreciated.   Apartment is well-furnished and spacious with parking included and security. Grocery, coffee shop and taxi stand are around the corner. Make sure to arrive before the office closes. We arrived after the office closed and had trouble finding the key and also the apartment.   We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge and all the kitchen stuff one may need. I liked the shower gel and shampoo the apartment provides (full-size easy to use bottles as opposed to standard hotel stuff... what people say » ). Location-wise, it's about a ten-minute walk from Princes Street, with lots of restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. You also get 10 to 20% off - We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.

  We stayed for a long weekend as a group of friends. The lakeside house was very easy to find, the location was ideal for our purpose and the house was fantastic everything we needed was provided! Many thanks!! - Location, cleverly designed studio apartment, good shops nearby and very convenient for Festival events. Oh, and a PROPER hairdryer.

  We had a fantastic stay at the " Charming City Centre Apartment". Great central location, clean flat, very comfortable bed, and very quiet bedroom. Flat was well equipped (new flat screen TV, pots and pans, tea..) and very comfortable. Lots of nice little Cafes and restaurants in the area, not as touristy as around the castle, it felt like the rea... what people say » l Edinburgh.   Good location for MOMA Edinburgh (great food at the cafe there); quick drive; walkable; on major bus routes; also for other town attractions. Murrayfield Stadium very close by. Convenient close parking; off peak free/peak hours (07.30-09.30 & 16.00-18.00) meter @ £1 per hour. There is a disabled driver spot. Dog friendly, clean and comfortable accomo - The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.

  Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... what people say » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

  The location is great; 10’ walk to the castle and plenty of local restaurants around. We were two couples and after reading some reviews, I had my reservations about the sofa bed. Especially given that I am quite toll (1.9mts - (6.3 feet). However both my partner and I fit comfortable, sleeping very well throughout the night. It was a brand new so... what people say » fa bed so that may explain some of the previous reviews. - Great value for money with an excellent location to visit the city attractions. Clean and well equipped with towels, shower gel, kitchen appliances (including a steam iron) and free Wi-Fi. There was a brand new sofa bed in the living room. It was huge (about 2 metres wide) it felt like a bed and we had a good night sleep without problems.
