The location is great; 10’ walk to the castle and plenty of local
restaurants around.
We were two couples and after reading some reviews, I had my reservations about the sofa bed. Especially given that I am quite toll (1.9mts - (6.3 feet). However both my partner and I fit comfortable, sleeping very well throughout the night. It was a brand new sofa bed so that may explain some of the previous reviews. all reviews »
Great value for money with an excellent location to visit the city attractions. Clean and well equipped with towels, shower gel, kitchen appliances (including a steam iron) and free Wi-Fi.
There was a brand new sofa bed in the living room. It was huge (about 2 metres wide) it felt like a bed and we had a good night sleep without problems.
A budget friendly place, clean and tidy, 10’ walk to princess street and
the Castle.
We were four adults and after reading some reviews I have my doubts about the sofa bed. Yet we found a brand new, bed sized sofa-bed which was very comfortable and spacious enough to fit us both without problems.
Apartment was clean and bright inside and very well equipped.
Very warm and cosy although bitterly cold outside.
Convenient for a rugby trip to Murrayfield.Stadium.and only a short walk from Haymarket station.

The place is clean and very homely. All the basic necessities are provided and a good walking distance to shops, tourist spots and train station. Will definitely recommend to friends.
The appartment inside is very new and clean. It is close to the city center and very good value for money. It is 100% recommendable.
Apartment was a stones throw from haymarket station..everything you need is in the apartment...brill location...couldnt fault it.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was completely refurbished and very comfortable. The location is really good because after a 10 minutes walk you get into the heart of Edinburgh. The facilities at the apartment were excellent and also they've got coffee, sugar...even powder so you don't have to worry about.
The entrance is a bit of a turn off, but everything changes once you get
inside the flat.
Nothing really.
There is a big contrast between the dark entrance and how bright and
tidy is inside the flat. Though, I guess an uplift would require the
support of the other properties in the building as well.
Smell of cigarette smoke in bedroom and on pillows even though they looked very clean.
People in (residential?)flat below swearing and yelling at each other on arrival and then 2am the next night was a bit disconcerting!
Communal entrance and stairways not very inviting so apartment was a pleasant surprise.
Entrance to the ground floor from the main road up to the apartment floor needs updating and doesn't look appealing.
There was nothing to dislike!!!.
Extractor fan in the shower a bit unsightly, but shower fantastically hot.
The access to the apartment is a bit offputting but fine when you get in. Emails werent speedily responded to.
It had afew unsavoury characters living in the apartment block
Who had an all night party.
The bedroom can smell of smoke coming from the next flat.
Hard to find!.
It is actually one unit of a residential building where u have no one to turn to if there is problem. I don't feel safe in entering the building as the main door looks easy to break in.
