    We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge and all the kitchen stuff one may need. I liked the shower gel and shampoo the apartment provides (full-size easy to use bottles as opposed to standard hotel stuff... what people say » ). Location-wise, it's about a ten-minute walk from Princes Street, with lots of restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. You also get 10 to 20% off - We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.

    Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... what people say » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

    I loved how clean it was and how it was just so close to everything, shopping centers, food places and the scenery. It was a little walk from the train station, but it was worth it. The beds were so comfortable and everything in the room was spotless. The decor in the rooms was so unique and very artistic.     The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat! The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm. I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use.     The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have ever come ofacross. We were a group of 20 and the staff went over and above the callof duty. Everyone commented on the quality of the hotel and staff. - My wife and I arrived late as our flight from Dublin was delayed.     The hotel is friendly, clean and excellent value for money. It is situated a short walk from town, has some very good restaurants and pubs nearby and is a ten minute walk from an IMAX. It is also a short hop to the zoo. There is parking available but this can be pricey, or if you want the take the train it is literally over the road from Haymark... what people say » et station. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be returning. It has everything we need on the doorstep and we always enjoy chilling - The room was spectacular! Great services within the room, eg. Ironing board, hairdryer, bath, flat screen tv. Plus 24 hour reception and friendly staff! Great location only a 10/15 min walk to the city centre and Edinburgh station, while haymarket station is 5 mins away! Great bars, restaurants and cafes a few mins away!     This was my first stay in a Tune Hotel and my first trip back to Edinburgh in 20 years! I have to say I was very impressed. I didn't check in until late at night and the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, stating, 'we've been waiting for you'. Even the shower doors looked like they had been polished clean, that's how immaculate it was. My only gripe was that th - I like the brand new design for simplicity & comfort with excellent staff at the welcoming front desk. Every one at the check in or out counter has positive and helpful attitude towards guests from all over the world. Here I would like to pay special respect & thank them from the bottom of my heart. As for room cleanliness and security device from lobby to lifts and then to rooms, there is nothing to worry about. I like the picture like scenery from my room window. It is purely awesome,

    We are a Spanish people living in Liverpool and we spent the weekend in this beautiful Guest House to visit Edinburgh. We went by car, so the free parking 24 hours was perfect for us( Its is situated right at the hotel), The most famous Edinburgh's points are in walking distance, no need for a car. Very nice staff, they told us what to do and see ... what people say » in Edinburgh. You can enjoy some live Scottish music at the hotel. The breakfast options were a great variety and super delicious. Lovely typical Scot - the breakfasts were large with lots of toasts the bedroom was large the beds very comfy the en suite was large the location was very central and on a bus route we were given a map when we arrived with the attractions and to see we also had a night of Scottish songs and guitar from allan the owner who also told the Scottish history through pictures on a big screen which was interesting and easy listening music

    The owners are totally committed to providing a quality experience to their guests. It seems a range of languages are spoken and there were many Continental European guests though all are welcome.     Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

    Great sized rooms in a lovely Scottish style. Lovely staff who made great full Scottish breakfast! It's not too far from the city centre, and very close to several good restaurants. - we actually stayed at the Braveheart and the whole breakfast experience was first class Plenty of choice and plenty of smiling faces.

    This hotel was quite the impressive stay. For the price it is comparable to hostels and bed and breakfasts (for couples).
