I first stayed at The Swan Hotel 26 years ago, it was excellent then and is even better now. Superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it highly. Had a wonderful time. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise and great value for money. Would recommend to friends anytime. Nasreen from UK. great mid range hotel with good facilities and attentive staff. Location is good...within an easy walk to BTS and river ferries.

Staff is OK, Room is ok. Location is a little far from Sky train. The pool. There were no lifts in the hotel and we were on the 3rd floor. Internet was chargeable, which is inconvenient those days. The staff could have been friendlier, especially the lady at breakfasts. Surroundings are not too clean. (May be the hotel can't do much about it) Reception staff could be little more friendly, (though they were not unfriendly.). poor parking facilities, little problem in communicating in english with staff. constant leakage of flush in the toilet and not repaired even on complaint. plenty of wastage of water. nothing. No hot water during the afternoon. Only hot water in the morning and in the evening. pork at breakfast time. not silensy. It would be better for wifi free. Rooms in dire need of a revamping, they look like they were done back in the 60'S. Very basic comfort. I'm not going there again. Staff at the lobby was not friendly neither (except the guy who took my luggage). Breakfast not very good. Unfriendly staff. Small and dirty room. Staff was making a lot of noice in the night!!!You can find much better room in bangkok for same price!!!!! Swan hotel...Never again!!!!.
