Excellent and very very cordial staff with personalised service especially in the 7th floor Exec lounge. Very good check-in (for exec rooms) in lounge´s privacy, very quick check-out also (G floor). Very good breakfast. Free wifi in the room. The Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom is a good value mid range hotel located in the city centre. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff friendly. The room was modern with large LCD TV and large bathroom.

There's no shower door, if one of two travelers is about to use the bathroom while the other is taking shower he has no way other than watching him. Elevator everytime busy , I was waiting too much to elevator. As 20 floors hotel just two elevator not enough , especially morning time almost I was crazy for waiting to elevator. wifi problem. Location as BTS is quite far. The type of pillow they use and the walking distance is far to the train station. mais pour le prix j'esperais mieux. Has seen better Novotels. Bad location as not much to do or shop around the hotel. In general Silom area doesn't have a lot of shopping and food area. Siam is better, with wide range of hotels. dirty air conditioning unit. smelly room. The location is far from the points of attractions and far from the skytrain station. So you have to pay a lot for taxi to go to any places.
