Friendliness of the staff, proximity of the hotel to services. The restaurant 'Sorocco' on the 64th floor was excellent. we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, magnificent room, sirocco restaurant is excellent and a must, great place to stay. everything is absolutely perfect, especially the personel. Many thanks to everybody and Thailand!. everything was beyond expectations, if this is not the best hotel in the world then which is?.

We went there for a drink but found it unappealing and not welcoming.The entrance - the hotel is just crammed in between other high rises, so the entrance seems quite narrow and dark. Sometimes the elevators are very busy because a lot of tourists go to the restaurants and bars at the top floor. It can take long to get to your room at certain times. If I should name something...I was not able to push the elevator button during my stay... there is always a staff member that pushed it for me...Yes, the price of food. slow lifts. The Breeze restaurant was just ok nothing special and expensive. I felt like I was in a prison, with guards everywhere, and being asked to show my key all the time to get around the hotel... The restaurants and the rooftop bar are a playground for Bangkok's fake-rich wannabies, it's not really for the hotel guests!. not so clean, and the lift always full, have to wait a long time.
