  From the moment we were met at the station by the complimentary taxi until we were waved farewell with a welcome bottle of local water for our journey home we were looked after superbly.   I loved the design of the room. It was extremely comfortable and far better than any other hotel during my time in Switzerland. It could not be more central within Zermatt.
