I loved the design of the room. It was extremely comfortable and far better than any other hotel during my time in Switzerland. It could not be more central within Zermatt. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was so helpful and the rooms were gorgeous. It was also very easyto walk from the train to the hotel. I would love to go back and stay there.Everyting! Some noise from the nightclub - even on the 4th floor.A bit noisy, especially on Friday evenings. The staff, especially in the lobby bar, were very unfriendly and the service was terrbile.I sincerely wanted to like the hotel but the noise from the nightclubdownstairs was too much and a real shame! Did not finish until almost0200hrs. It was a real spoiler - do not sleep in room 207. Dinner in therestaurant was convenient but mediocre - the chinese restaurant inZermatt is a much better deal for the same money.

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The train ride from Täsch to Zermatt takes 15 minutes. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Please inform the hotel at least 10 minutes before your arrival in Zermatt if you want to make use of the free transfer service. Please note that all the hotel's restaurants and bars are only open during the winter season. Limited opening times apply in other seasons.

Travelling information

Zermatt is 4 hours and 15 minutes by train from Geneva Airport, or about a 3-hour drive. The train ride from Täsch to Zermatt takes 15 minutes (Zermatt is car-free). The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station.
