It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. Staff was amazing. I was surprised how helpful they were at all times. Breakfast was top of the class and facilites were cozy and modern. Will forever be my number 1 pick in Zermatt.

Important information to guests

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free resort. Guests can drive as far as Täsch and park their cars there. Please note that the spa area and swimming pool are closed from 15 April 2018 to 15 September 2018. The indoor swimming pool will not reopen anymore. During this time, guests have access to the spa area a partner hotel, 140 metres away.
