Everything! This is one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed (and we've traveled extensively)!! From the moment of pick up at the train station, the staff, the hotel atmosphere and accommodations, the spa/pool area, location to main attractions and the restaurant were outstanding. Definitely a 4+ star hotel with so much charm and then some!. Very clean and comfortable. Nice room. Spa was a bonus, with superb open-air section to the pool. Nice and warm to relax in! Great service in the restaurant, with well-presented food. Would definitely consider staying again.

Hotel La Ginabelle offers a shuttle service from and to the Zermatt Train Station between 08:00 and 19:00 on prior request. Please note that from 23 April to 23 May 2017, the restaurant is closed for dinner and the kid's club is not available.
