A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants. A 10 + overall. What an eclectic decor! Lots of quirky furniture and fittings to keep you interested. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wellness centre amazing but didn't allow ourselves enough time to do this properly. Fantastic place highly recommended.
all reviews » Location is nice, near train station and city central. Breakfast was yummy! Guests could also try hotel's unique spa area for free. Everything was perfect, will definitely stay here next time we visit Zermatt!. Very welcomiing, perfectly located (easy short walk from train station and 2 min walk to the Matterhorn best view), funky design, very clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Get there!. BEAUTIFUL decor. Excellent location. Will definitely stay here again because of the decor of the hotel ad long as they improve their breakfast buffet drastically. The room was clean and was very modern. The hotel employees were everyone friendly and responsive. It was one of our best place to stay during our trip. Location, design, architecture and staff. View from balcony was just ok in our room (but not a real drawback as everything else was perfect!). Breakfast buffet was awful: The fresh fruit salad seemed to be like 7 days old. The boiled eggs had a funny smell to it, the bread was hard: over all, really bad. Some of the staff was not helpful at all. The spa didn't work well. Wasn't too keen on the bathroom. Looks very stylish, but doesn't give enough privacy for me. Hotel signage not clear. Cramped space unless in Cube. When i was charge CHF100 extra for my kids onr is 4 year and second is 10months.
