First of all I would like to say that the pictures in the page at letsbookhotel.com don't do justice at all with this hotel. I was expecting a very medium hotel from the pics and instead we arrived to a new, beautiful, shiny and clean hotel! Very good value for the money, and the staff was extremely helpful and nice! The design of the room- (we had room 309) was new and clean, very pleasant room and cozy bed. Bathroom - excellent. Clean and well designed. Now as for the location - perfect locat.

The friendly staff simply showcases the level of professional but also proactive behavior that one would like to find in every hotel. We also appreciated the parking service provided. Sleek multi-charger next to the bed was very handy. Room are specious and comfortable, good breakfast, breakfast restaurant is very cozy and stylish (unlike most other hotels in Stockholm), responsive staff. Located in area where many small business offices, restaurants, bars and cafeterias are located, just in front of big green park. Not far from central station (1200 m, 20 min walk or taxi). staff are very friendly. suite is furnished in style. location is great in front of a huge park . busses stop at hotel door. breakfast is excellent has many options to choose from. we were happy with our stay in Eden park hotel. many shops and resturants around hotel and it is a 5 minute walk to center. The only adjustments I would maybe change would be to clean the rooms earlier during the day (it was done in the afternoon which is not so normal, because if you would want to come back to your room during the day I think it is nicer to find a tidy bed).. The double room was frankly too small, but did work. There was a smell near the lift on the 6th floor every time we passed by, and the housekeeping did not replace the finished shampoo and body-gel after the first day’s round. Finally, the set-up in the breakfast area makes you walk back and forth to the opposite ends of the room a couple times before you can sit down and start enjoying it. Most of these are just small details though, and easily fixed. I would stay there again. everything was perfect. no complaints. Nothing we did not like!. On the first floor facing the street, the street noise was a bit disruptive at night. No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Maybe could have a bigger fruit selection at breakfast. on site parking is nice but at 450 SEK per night it was a bit of a sting on top of an already expensive room rate. lack of free water, tea&coffee making opportunity in room. Could not open windows in the room for fresh air. Pillows not that comfortable. when i checked in the front desk man was tough. Nothing. If we wished later check-out on Sunday, that would be an expensive service during summer holidays, some 400 SEK/hour. So we couldn't take a shower and change clothes in a hotel before our departure... The fact that when I arrived that evening (they knew I was an late arrival) was informed that they had double booked and I had to move hotels (this turned out to be at my advantage as its which was a better quality one). My booking had been doubled checked prior to my visit and although they had my contact number they did not try to contact me to pre warn me. Wifi connection was weak. I kept losing my connection. You can't get away from the fact that it is on a busy road with a bus stop outside the hotel. The double glazing is good but there is some traffic noise. staff were not very helpful, commented that i should not be wearing a tracksuit having just stepped off the plane in a sweatshirt. Those 2 steps in reception that you have to pull bags up and down...no ramp. Windows cannot be opened, Room could be a bit larger. The cleaning in my bathroom wasn't great. Rooms are a bit small. No parking. Bring your own hairdryer if you have long and/or thick hair, the hotel´s one is useless. N/A. Insulation in windows towards the street needs to be improved. From 05:00 it is more or less impossible to sleep. Same breakfast 7 days. The room was too hot and I was unable to turn down the thermostat, no matter how many times I tried - it kept going back to the set temperature. nothing. No instructions on how to control the airconditioning machine. The wifi was terrible. I had 2 wake up calls that did not ring to wake me up. Stains on the carpet. Bathtub very dangerous and too narrow. Slippery Also I think it was overpriced and I choose it from USA without converting to dollars that would be helpful on the web site or booking site. Nothing.
